Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer in Event Technology, you will build event attendee platforms aligned to our Future State Architecture. We are committed to excellence in scalability and performance while delivering a high‑end user experience. Artificial Intelligence features are central to our roadmap, reinforcing our leadership in marketing technology innovation.

This role requires a quick‑learner, self‑starter who can work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. You should thrive in a fun, creative, fast‑paced environment, stay aware of industry trends, and influence delivery approaches for complex foundational features.

"You build it, you own it." Our engineering teams maintain apps, so this role also demands active engagement in deployments, monitoring, incident management, response, vendor oversight, and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance scalability of web applications using component‑based architecture, ensuring outstanding performance.
• Work in a Hybrid Engineering model and contribute to all phases of SDLC, including design, discovery, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing.
• Utilize cutting‑edge technologies such as React / Next.js, REST and GraphQL APIs, and AWS Services.
• Strategically plan, design, and execute highly scalable solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Innovate and invent the future of Agile and DevOps, driving continuous improvement focused on process, controls, scalability, and maturity.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and scripts based on product requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive high‑coverage, high‑quality unit tests.
• Develop thorough functional, regression, and integration tests as appropriate.
• Mentor and inspire team members through code reviews and dedicated sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
