About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven research organization dedicated to expanding access to cutting-edge clinical trials in local communities across the U.S. This organization is launching a brand-new clinical site in the RTP area and is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support site startup and active study execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily study activities in compliance with GCP, FDA, and protocol guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, from screening and informed consent through follow-up
  • Perform data entry, regulatory documentation, and ensure timely and accurate EDC / CTMS records
  • Collaborate with sponsors, CRO monitors, labs, and investigators to ensure clean execution
  • Participate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, and study closeout
  • Maintain accurate documentation of study materials, logs, and site files
  • Support recruitment, outreach, and compliance tracking
  • Oversee inventory and supplies related to protocol requirements

Qualifications

  • Required : Minimum 2 plus years of hands-on CRC experience at a clinical research site or CRO (will consider Sr. CRC level for more experienced candidates)
  • Experience supporting sponsor-initiated or observational / late-phase clinical trials
  • Comfortable with patient-facing responsibilities including informed consent
  • Ability to independently manage study visits, documentation, and regulatory activities
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred due to participant demographics
  • Experience with CRIO or another CTMS platform is a plus
  • Clinical / lab skills such as phlebotomy preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive
