2026 Wealth Management, Summer Equity Analyst
You will research stocks for the six portfolios the team manages, as well as pitch recommendations for additions to each portfolio, with the guidance and support of the Investment Committees. The Portfolios include the following : Disciplined High Quality (Large Cap Core), All Cap Growth, ADR, Large Cap Value, Dividend Growth, and Prime Income. You will write a white paper (4-5 pages in length) on a thematic topic impacting the market, that will be internal use only, but of educational interest to the advisors, with a list of participating companies that could benefit from this emerging theme. The topic will be chosen within the first week of the summer, and the process to completion guided by a team member. You will meet with various colleagues in other divisions of the Wealth Management segment of RBC, including, but not limited to, Fixed Income, Global Manager Research, Managed Portfolio Strategies, and practicing financial advisors.
