THIS IS A 6 MONTH CONTRACT - 20 hours per week

As a Community Specialist, you'll engage with players across platforms like  Discord ,  Twitter , and  Reddit , responding to their questions and feedback in a friendly, professional way. You'll create and schedule engaging  content —including updates, events, and contests—that keeps our community excited. You'll also manage social media channels, using data to help grow reach.

A key part of the job is  moderating  discussions and enforcing guidelines to keep our community a positive place. You'll gather and organize  player feedback  for our developers, informing key decisions. You'll also plan fun  community events  like live streams and tournaments, and build relationships with our content creators and influencers.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related role, preferably within the video game industry.
• A genuine passion for video games and a deep understanding of video game culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to write in a clear, engaging, and professional tone.
• Strong proficiency with community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, and major social media networks (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
