Position Description : ?\tLead all leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy, including managing leasing inquiries, scheduling tours, and converting leads into signed leases.?\tMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the propertys apartment homes, rent pricing, lease expirations, and available residences, while staying informed about surrounding neighborhoods and competitors.
- ?\tEnsure that all apartment homes are market-ready, conducting thorough inspections during the turnover process and collaborating with maintenance to meet the highest company standards.
- ?\tManage listings in the companys software and other marketing outlets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory for leasing and reporting purposes.
- ?\tGuide new residents through the lease signing process, scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, and handling initial payments, while offering a seamless move-in orientation.
- ?\tBuild and nurture positive resident relations by delivering outstanding customer service, swiftly resolving concerns, and ensuring a high standard of living that surpasses resident expectations.
- ?\tControl delinquencies through scheduled follow-ups, including phone calls, letters, and monthly statements, ensuring timely rental payments.
- ?\tMaintain all resident files and leasing documentation in an organized manner consistent with company standards.
- ?\tProvide general assistance in office operations, including opening and closing the office, managing petty cash, handling bank deposits, and preparing required reports.
- ?\tRegularly assess the condition of the property to address any maintenance or cleanliness issues, ensuring the community is always presented to the highest standards.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
?\tAssociates degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent experience in leasing or real estate.?\tA dynamic and outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer service.?\tExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a resident-focused approach.?\tStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized documentation.?\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).?\tReliable personal transportation.?\tHighly organized, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.?\tDemonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people and foster positive relationships.?\tAs the Leasing Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating unrivaled experiences at Birmingham Pointe, ensuring the community meets the high expectations of its residents and establishes itself as the ultimate destination for luxury apartment living in Metropolitan Detroit.Ability to work flexible schedule with weekend availability. ?\tThe responsibilities of this position are subject to change at any time due to the needs of the business.
