Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate Attorney | San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience in construction and real estate commercial litigation to join its San Antonio office . This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex, high-stakes disputes while working with a team that values collaboration, precision, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage construction and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests in state and federal court.

Take and defend depositions , work closely with expert witnesses , and develop comprehensive case strategies.

Collaborate with partners and clients to deliver exceptional service and practical solutions.

Handle multiple active cases while maintaining high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications :

3–5 years of experience in construction and / or real estate commercial litigation .

Proven ability to draft motions, argue hearings, and manage complex discovery .

Strong written and oral advocacy skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Active Texas Bar membership required.
