Your Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Greenbough, you will :
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications safely.
Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
Assist residents with daily living activities and ensure comfort and dignity.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of care and treatment plans.
Engage with residents and families, addressing needs and concerns with empathy.
Participate in ongoing staff meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Your dedication and professionalism will help strengthen our tradition of excellence in care and resident satisfaction .
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Mississippi.
Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
Empathy, integrity, and a passion for patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
