Position Title : Licensed Telehealth Clinician (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Location : Remote (Must reside in the U.S. and be licensed in California)

Compensation : $57 - $67 hourly (W-2 employment with benefits)

Responsibilities
Maintain a minimum caseload of 13 clients per week (full-time 28 weekly clients)Provide psychotherapy to children, teens, and / or adults via a secure telehealth platformDevelop individualized treatment plans and safety plans when neededComplete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including collaborative note writingCommunicate clearly and respectfully with office staff, colleagues, and clientsOptional participation in bi-weekly consultation group and peer support opportunitiesMaintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with state regulations and licensure board guidelinesUphold client confidentiality and privacy in a remote settingEstablish and maintain a private, secure, and distraction-free home office spaceAdditional responsibilities may be added or modified as organizational needs evolve.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)Applicants must reside in California. and hold a valid California licenseNew licensees are encouraged to applyStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in or willingness to learn EHR systems and remote toolsAbility to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive teamReliable internet connection, computer, and phone for remote workCommitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and client-centered carePreferred Qualifications
Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or IFSPrevious experience delivering telehealth servicesBilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plusExcellent time management, organization, and interpersonal skills
