The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while efficiently managing appointments, patient records, and insurance processing.

Responsibilities :

Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer and route incoming calls

Schedule and confirm appointments

Check patients in and out

Verify insurance and collect co-pays

Maintain and update patient records in the electronic health system

Handle basic administrative tasks and correspondence

Translate or communicate medical information in Spanish when needed
