$300,000 salary with $150,000 Incentive Package. Patient volume : average 15 / day. 4-day work week; 1 administrative day. Option to see some patients via telemedicine Well-established program with a large referral base Bread and butter endocrinology with collaborative support from primary care and other sub-specialties. Includes thyroid, parathyroid, in-office ultrasound, weight management Clinic Staff : Clinical assistants and a Nurse Practitioner . 6-7 diabetes educators : they cover hospital and clinic; also manage pumps. No after-hours call. Optional : DEXA reading, weight management. Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
