Job Title : Carpenter / Foreman

Location : Stuart,FL

Job Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $26 – $35 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role :

We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Carpenter / Foreman to join our team in Florida. The right candidate will be hands-on with carpentry tasks while also managing crews, maintaining job quality, and keeping projects on schedule and within safety standards.

Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise carpenters and laborers on construction sites
Perform a variety of carpentry work — framing, formwork, trim, and installations
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure safety compliance
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients
Maintain tools, materials, and site organization

Qualifications :

3+ years of carpentry experience (foreman experience preferred)

Solid understanding of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials

Ability to lead a crew and manage workflow

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Must be dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

[Optional : OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred]
