As a SNAP (Stop Now & Plan) Site Coordinator, you will oversee SNAP Boys and Girls programs and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement an annual SNAP work plan; participate in long-term planningMaintain communication with Florida Network Staff for program consultation and fidelity monitoringComplete required trainings including SNAP for Youth Facilitator TrainingSet up equipment for groups (Raspberry Pi, Tablets, projector / TV, speakers, camera, etc.)Facilitate SNAP for Youth Groups and complete fidelity checklists weeklyCoordinate with stakeholders to streamline referral processesConduct pre and de-briefing meetings for each group session with SNAP Case ManagersEnter data and videos into OneDrive within three business daysAdhere to timelines for NETMIS, JJIS, and SNAP Data Collection SpreadsheetCollect all intake and discharge data / measures (SSIS, SSIS 2, HIT)Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and updated promptlyWork nontraditional hours, including evenings for scheduled groupsPresent information via brochures, flyers, community presentations, and attend community meetings to promote referralsConduct staff training aligned with the Center's policiesSubmit monthly and quarterly statistics and maintain quality record-keepingMinimum Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relevant human service fieldAt least three years of related experience in social services, juvenile justice, court-involved youth / families, program management, or administrationExperience with parent education groups and community / agency liaison work preferredSkills Needed :
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, video uploading, and video conferencing tools like ZoomKnowledge of data compilation and problem-solving techniquesProfessionalism in office operations and external relationshipsClear communication with clients in person and over the phoneCFCE is a Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
