We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team on a contract basis located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures, conducting audits, and verifying documentation accuracy. This Compliance Analyst position involves close collaboration with supervisors and team members to maintain operational integrity and uphold standards.

What you get to do every single day :

• Conduct audits of records, including hiring documents and I-9 forms, to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Verify required documentation for drivers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Review and investigate record documentation to identify discrepancies or areas of concern.
• Perform virtual operational audits, including real-time verification and sampling of employee identification.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to execute established compliance processes effectively.
• Identify and address suspicious activities related to compliance and operational standards.
• Follow detailed plans and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Support the team by adhering to guidelines and contributing to a culture of detail-oriented execution.
• Participate in training sessions led by supervisors to enhance understanding of procedures and expectations.
• Ensure compliance standards are met and maintained across all operational audits and reviews.
