This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Call & Requirements : Monday - Friday, 7a-3p, 8hr daily guarantee
• Supervision vs Independent : 1-2 MDs / 6 CRNAs daily
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Certifications required : up to 30 days
• Number of Operating Rooms : 6
• License Required or accepting IMLC : Indiana License required
