Job description

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client satisfaction to retain existing clients through relationship building

Collaborate with internal partners to resolve challenges and implement solutions

Lead and participate in organizational and client projects and initiatives

Required Qualifications

3 - 5+ years of experience in relationship management and / or the retirement industry

FINRA S6 license or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire

ASPPA RPF certification within 180 days of hire

4-year degree or equivalent work experience

Demonstrated critical thinking skills
