Job Duties :

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries and respond to customer requests
  • Assist Operations Department with all post install service calls and technician visits
  • Assist with updating customer database after service visits are completed
  • Customer service and follow up calls to customers
  • Accurately and promptly enter customer information into the customer database
  • Coordinate and order material needed for technician visits
  • Work closely with the installation team to assist them in troubleshooting remotely during the commissioning process
  • Performs other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the goals of the company.

Requirements :

  • 3 years’ experience working in the capacity of the solar industry
  • Experience working with different utilities on Solar projects requirements like meter spot, DCRC
  • Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills
  • MS Office, software skills are required (Salesforce experience)
  • Experience managing a schedule
  • Familiarity with Enphase, Tesla solar and battery functionality and troubleshooting would be beneficial
  • Dispatching experience as far as scheduling and sending technicians into the field would be beneficial
  • Proactive and professional verbal and written communications skills
