ABOUT THE ROLE

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for conducting a face-to-face encounter and documenting the clinical findings supporting a life expectancy of 6 months or less.

• This is a PRN position for Scottsdale / Phoenix area (Includes Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and Anthem as well)

PRN Availability : Evenings and weekends are a plus!
