  • $12,000 for therapists with 0–1 year of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role

  • $20,000 for therapists with 1+ years of experience (2-year commitment) accepting a full-time role
  • \n \n

    As a limited time offer, specific to this location, enjoy an additional $10,000 upon completion of your third year of employment!

    Sign-on bonuses also available for part-time positions and will be prorated based on commitment.

    We welcome Respiratory Therapists at all career stages, including :

  • Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT)
  • \n

  • Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)
  • \n

  • Senior Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT)
  • \n \n

    Final title and compensation are determined based on your education, experience, and certifications.

    What You Need to Get Started :

    Education & Experience :

    \n \n

  • Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program required
  • \n

  • As part of our career ladder, levels require different experience levels – but you can start with no experience!
  • \n

  • Senior level requires willingness to complete a project to benefit the profession, hospital, and / or unit
  • \n \n

    Licensure & Certifications :

    \n \n

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
  • \n \n

  • RRTs certified after July 1, 2002 must maintain NBRC certification per NBRC guidelines.
  • \n \n \n

    o    CRTs can take advantage of dedicated support, including tuition assistance, exam reimbursement, and paid study time as they work to become RRTs.

    \n \n

  • Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanian
  • \n

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • \n \n

    Clearances (as applicable) :

    \n

  • Act 33 Clearance (with renewal)
  • \n

  • Act 34 Clearance (with renewal)
  • \n

  • Act 73 FBI Clearance (with renewal)
  • \n

    What You Need to Get Started :
