Responsibilities and Deliverables

Lead the design, development, and deployment of performant cloud business software at scale.

Integrate cloud services from primary CSPs (Amazon, Microsoft, Google) with on‑premise technologies (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, Linux, SAP).

Develop and present management briefings, recommendations, and reports.

Execute architecture assessments, including creating and submitting reports, analysis, studies, alternatives, evaluations, and models.

Generate journey maps, solution architecture, implementation plans, KPIs, and cost analysis.

Ensure architecture is approved by the Architecture Review Board (ARB).

Qualifications

Proven experience leading cloud solution architecture; strong proficiency in technical illustration using draw.io, Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint.

Expert knowledge of cloud services from at least one primary Cloud Service Provider and ability to integrate with on‑premise technologies.

Hands‑on experience with cloud technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization.

Excellent communication skills – oral and written – for presenting to management and technical audiences.

Ability to research, analyze, evaluate existing and proposed business systems, develop measurable requirements.

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Anthropic, agentic AI approaches.

Strong technical competence in operating environments, tools, and typical solution‑architecture technologies.

Ability to automate complex tasks using scripting or coding (e.g., shell, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet).

Experience designing, developing, implementing or maintaining compute technology.

Understanding of business processes supporting system operations and architecture assessments.

Current US citizenship or permanent residence; must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and pass client‑mandated clearance, drug screening, criminal history, and credit check.

Cannot have traveled outside the United States for more than 6 months in the last 5 years (excluding military).

Additional Provisions

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Pass drug screening, criminal history check, and credit check.

Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.

Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years (Military Service excluded).
