Surgical Technician Highlights • Pay range: $24.41 – $37.84 per hour • Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000 • Relocation assistance: Up to $2,500 • Schedule: Varies based on department needs • Onsite position • Employment Type: Direct Hire Responsibilities • Function as a member of the surgical team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse • Assist with surgical procedures by preparing the operating room and maintaining a sterile field • Anticipate the needs of surgeons and provide appropriate instruments and supplies • Assist with inventory management and distribution/delivery of medications as required • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures Requirements • Certified Surgical Technician preferred • Graduate of a certified surgical technology program required (Community college, vocational school, military program, or hospital-based program) • Operating Room Technician with documented on-the-job experience will be considered • Six contact hours of continuing education or three college credits related to the nursing field per year encouraged • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship required: yes/no) Benefits Available • Benefits available to: – Full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period – Part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period – Weekend-only employees working at least 30 hours per pay period • Comprehensive benefits package including: – Medical, prescription, vision, and dental coverage – Flexible spending accounts – Disability and life insurance – Paid time off – Retirement plans – Tuition assistance – Employee Assistance Program – On-site childcare and credit union access If you are interested in this Surgical Technician position, APPLY , or contact kvaughn@alinestaffing.com
