Responsibilities :

• This position is primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned commercial customers with a book consisting primarily of technology and entrepreneurial growth-oriented companies
• Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
• Maintains a positive attitude and establishes effective relationships with clients, carriers, and agency personnel
• Complies with client service deliverable standards, including managing policy reviews, certificate requests, and endorsements
• Maintains a thorough understanding of commercial P&C insurance exposures / rating / coverage and forms
• Maintains confidentiality of all client information in accordance with agency privacy guidelines
• Complies with E&O prevention / Quality Management guidelines and to meet customer service standards
• Reviews contracts
• Assists with mergers and acquisitions insurance processes
