What You’ll Do :
We’re looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer with strong Azure cloud security and operational expertise to help us stabilize, scale, and optimize our infrastructure.You’ll own monitoring and alerting systems, respond to security and performance incidents, automate operations, and collaborate across IT, Engineering, and Compliance to keep our systems secure and reliable in a regulated healthcare environment. Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS integrations. Monitor application health, security, and costs using Azure Monitor, Defender for Cloud, and related tools. Investigate and resolve incidents affecting performance, availability, and security. Automate operations using scripting. Strengthen security posture, identity governance, and compliance controls. What We’re Looking For :
3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud administration, monitoring, and security. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, and modern cloud security practices. Experience with scripting (PowerShell), infrastructure automation, and working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.). Excellent troubleshooting skills and cross-team communication. Required Qualifications : 3–5 years of experience in Azure cloud administration or IT infrastructure with hands-on monitoring and security responsibilities.Strong expertise in Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Defender for Cloud, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint. Familiarity with SQL Azure or SQL Server performance monitoring.Experience with Azure Key Vault, SSL certificate management, DNS, firewall, and networking configuration. Background working in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, PCI) .Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills .Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation. Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, or other endpoint management solutions.Knowledge of SaaS integrations and vendor risk management.Relevant certifications :
Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500).Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200).Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102 + electives).Security / Compliance certifications (eg, CompTIA Security+, HCISPP, HITRUST CCSFP). Compensation & Benefits :
