Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and executing maintenance tasks using specialized software. Your role will include maintaining inventory, supplies, and equipment, leading maintenance schedules for cleaning, projects, and events, and conducting general preventative maintenance tasks. You will be expected to perform or coordinate HVAC system adjustments and ensure compliance with maintenance standards and codes. Additionally, you will handle minor repairs and regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute facility maintenance using software for work requests.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment.
• Lead maintenance scheduling for cleaning, projects, and events.
• Conduct general preventative maintenance, including changing light bulbs and filters.
• Perform or coordinate HVAC maintenance tasks as per ASHRAE 180 Standard.
• Conduct hot water supply boiler maintenance in accordance with Michigan Boiler Code.
• Perform minor repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment.
• Regularly inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with setting up and taking down equipment for events and activities.
• Issue purchase orders and track expenses for approved quotes.
• Attend Board of Operations meetings to communicate maintenance and repair activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
