A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to executives and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to company executives and department leaders
Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets while managing calendars and schedules
Handle confidential information and coordinate complex administrative activities across multiple organizational units
Required Qualifications
Five or more years of corporate executive assistant experience supporting multiple executive level personnel
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and booking travel
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities and projects
