Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual shopper marketing plans for strategic retail partners in the Convenience channel
Serve as the primary shopper marketing liaison with Customer Teams to build relationships and co-create growth programs
Utilize shopper and category insights to measure program effectiveness and optimize performance
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Shopper Marketing or Customer Marketing within the CPG Industry
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience working with convenience channel customers (desired)
Strong program management skills
Analytical skills for performance measurement and strategy optimization
