Travel Nurse RN - Post Partum - $2,370 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered -  please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current Post Partum experience -  REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and  INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION  -  REQUIRED
• No License Hits -  REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
• Please add vaccination status in the submission notes

Required :

BLS, ACLS and RN AZ / Compact State License.

2 years of experience.
