General Manager – Aqua-Tots Swim School

Do you love aquatics and leading teams? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a hands-on General Manager to run all aspects of a busy swim school - from coaching instructors and ensuring swimmer safety to managing operations, sales, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For :

Aquatics experience (swim instruction, coaching, or pool management).

2+ years of management experience (preferred).

Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Hands-on, safety-conscious, and results-driven.

Ability to work 40+ hours / week including evenings and weekends.

Certifications : Must obtain Aqua-Tots certifications (AT-WSI, AT-FDS, CPR / First Aid, CPO).

Schedule : Full-time, salaried. Includes 3 front desk shifts weekly + 6 hours management meetings / lesson observations.
