We are seeking a driven and experienced VP of Operations to launch and lead a new branch in the greater DFW market. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected commercial roofing contractor with solid client relationships, a strong reputation, and a backlog of work already secured. As the Vice President of Operations , you will take full ownership of branch success, driving profitability, team growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Full P&L responsibility for the new DFW branch, ensuring profitable growth and operational success.
• Build, hire, and mentor your team of project managers, superintendents, service leaders, and office staff.
• Oversee both new construction and re-roofing commercial roofing projects , ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with executive leadership to implement company standards, while shaping branch-specific strategies.
• Leverage existing client relationships and backlog to expand the branchs footprint and long-term revenue.
• Drive accountability, establish operational systems, and set the standard for future branch growth.
