Job description
A company is looking for a Facility Systems Support Associate - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide user assistance and technical support for facility systems, including training and data accuracy maintenance
Assist with facility drawing updates and data entry using AutoCAD, Revit, and Archibus
Support documentation and report development to enhance data accessibility and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or training
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, Architecture, or a related field (desired)
Familiarity with facility management systems or practices (desired)
