This position is a full-time, temporary W-9 role with an end date of June 2026.
Labouré College of Healthcare is seeking an academic project coordinator who will manage projects and programs by establishing timelines, budgets, and resources, facilitating communication between teams, and tracking progress to ensure the successful completion of assigned initiatives. Key duties include coordinating stakeholders, documenting processes, developing project plans and reports, managing data and databases, and handling administrative tasks such as course scheduling, processing paperwork, and meeting follow-up.
The successful candidate is a person who can independently perform the full range of responsibilities within the role. This includes managing large and complex projects or processes, analyzing and resolving emergent issues in a collaborative manner.

Essential Functions
Manages and oversees processes related to the development and ongoing revisions of academic-related initiatives, including the academic calendar, course descriptions, and class schedule.Maintains and updates college materials, including the College Catalogue.Provides support to the college’s curricular review process.Supports college leadership to ensure that relevant compliance requests are effectively developed and submitted in a timely manner.Contributes to institutional change related to student success by supporting continuous improvement action planning, assessment, and modifications.Conduct research and summarize data to inform decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness or alternatives, and inform program development.Coordinates a variety of projects and tracks workflow to monitor progress.Assists in the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing support of relevant faculty and staff.Establishes timelines and communications with appropriate institutional stakeholders and coordinates logistics.Performs other duties as assignedJob Requirements
A bachelor’s degreeThree years (3) of project coordination or related experience, ideally at a college or universityPMP Certification is a plus
