About the role

This position is responsible for providing Manufacturing Engineering support to ensure the timely production of quality, cost-effective parts and assemblies of a more complex nature or larger scope. The role involves leading and managing projects to drive continuous improvement, supporting the goals and objectives of cost savings for the business unit, including cost reductions and quality improvement activities. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and monitoring projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Responsible for all manufacturing engineering matters relating to new product launches including process development, validation, pilot builds, reducing cost, identifying required facility improvements, design and fabrication of tooling & equipment, development of required documentation, operator training, demonstrating process capability and transitioning products from development to production
