You will work closely with maintenance technicians, engineering, and operations teams to support reliable, high-quality manufacturing processes.

You Will Be Responsible For
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment such as pumps, valves, piping, agitators, centrifuges, washers, and autoclavesTroubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtimeAssisting with equipment installation, alignment, calibration, and testingSupporting mechanical rebuilds, repairs, and adjustments as neededMaintaining accurate records of maintenance work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Following and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance documentationInspecting and replacing parts, lubricating equipment, and ensuring operational readinessIdentifying improvement opportunities for equipment reliability and performanceEnsuring all work follows LOTO, safety, and cGMP proceduresReporting unsafe conditions to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and managementSupporting off-shift, weekend, or emergency maintenance activities as requiredMaintaining a clean and organized work environment and complying with all site policiesYou Will Bring the Following
Minimum Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required4–6 years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar environmentExperience with mechanical systems, utilities, and preventive maintenance programsBasic knowledge of CMMS software for tracking work orders and maintenance historyPreferred Education & Experience
Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field6+ years of experience in a regulated or cGMP manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with pumps, piping systems, steam, HVAC, and process utilitiesExperience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and equipment manualsCertifications (Preferred)
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalentOSHA Safety or Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) CertificationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsKnowledge of basic electrical and control systems a plusAbility to read and interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and technical drawingsDemonstrated commitment to safety, accuracy, and qualityExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamStrong attention to detail and time management abilitiesPhysical Requirements
