Will-Mor Manufacturing is looking for a 2nd shift CNC Supervisor ! Have you worked as a Lead CNC Machinist in the past and are looking to advance? We would love to speak with you! Will-Mor Manufacturing is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the Defense and Aerospace Industries.

The ideal candidate will be able to supervise 20+ production employees in a CNC Machining facility. Maintain a positive working environment and coach individuals to succeed. Understand and support Will-Mor’s policies and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintains a positive, team environment relationship with employees by communicating job expectations; monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Supervise milling and Lathe employees’ cycle time, scrap / rework, and tooling issues.
  • Check process sheets daily to ensure completeness and accuracy, before each production run.
  • Work directly with the tool room to ensure jobs have proper & required fixturing.
  • Establishes priorities and monitors progress; revises priorities as needed.
  • Maintains quality service by enforcing established organization standards.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment.

    • Skills Knowledge and Expertise

    Experience :

  • 3-5 years of Experience in machining and setup preferred.
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing / machining production environment - a plus.

    • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.
