JBE Services, LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively.

Duties

  • Install new HVAC systems and components according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
  • Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
  • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure all HVAC systems are functioning properly.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing tasks in various environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Familiarity with appliance repair techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with equipment repair and field service operations preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation effectively.
  • Welding skills are a nice-to-have for certain repair tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
