Position Summary
This position is suitable for a candidate seeking to pursue a career in asset management, with a specific focus on reporting and data analytics. The position will support TCW's Private Credit team, which operates within the Alternative Products Group, and will be focused specifically on reporting and data analytics and related modeling and quantitative analysis. Specific responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and enhancing data tracking and reporting procedures, developing and troubleshooting the data infrastructure, and creating ad hoc data reports and financial models. These efforts will enhance the group's ability to track and manage investment and fund performance, support marketing efforts, and improve data analytics capabilities.
The candidate must have a background in data management or analytics, with a working knowledge of financial principles and key investment metrics such as IRR and MOIC. The candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong work ethics, and able to operate independently and collaboratively. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills are required.
This role is hybrid, based in Los Angeles, CA, with frequent overtime and periodic weekend work.

Base Salary : $110k to $125k, plus potential annual discretionary bonus.
