Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (07 : 00 - 15 : 00); Mid 5x8-Hour (15 : 00 - 23 : 00)

License Required : Alaska RN license in hand

Assignment Length : 26 or 13 Weeks (traveler's choice)

Start Date : ASAP

Shift Details : 5x8 Variable (traveler will work either straight days or straight nights; exact shift assigned closer to start based on staffing needs)

Years of Experience : 1

First Timers Accepted : Yes

Certifications Required : BLS

Skills Required : Oxygen administration, Peripheral line care, Isolation Precautions / PPE

On-Call : No

Weekend Requirement : Yes, every other weekend

Special Procedures / Equipment : None

Holidays : Traveler must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)

Mile Radius Rule : Must be 50 miles from facility

References Required : Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years

Locals Accepted : No

Floating : Within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals

Return Staff Policy : Must be separated from Providence minimum 3 months before returning; maximum 1 calendar year per assignment; 6-month break required for subsequent assignment

Modules : Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; self-reported in Workramp transcripts
