We are seeking a highly organized and articulate Communications Coordinator to join our Riverside team. This role plays a vital part in shaping and maintaining consistent internal and external communications across projects and departments.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple communication initiatives while maintaining brand clarity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications materials
Coordinate messaging for events, client updates, and company initiatives
Ensure brand consistency across all written and verbal communications
Collaborate with event managers and leadership to align messaging with project goals
Prepare press materials, corporate announcements, and presentation content
Support stakeholder communication and client correspondence
Assist in managing communication timelines and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
