Full-Time Physical Therapist - Huron, SD

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Huron, South Dakota . Job Responsibilities :

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities or injuries
Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
Educate patients and families about home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation goals
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Ensure compliance with all state and federal physical therapy regulations

Education and Certification Requirements :

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)

Current BLS certification required

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience preferred

Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings a plus
