Commercial Cleaning Technician Part Time Evening

Driving required between locations!!!!!! Six days per week!!!!!! (2 locations in Rockville and 1 in Silver Spring) (3 locations total) start time 8 : 00 pm each day (Monday-Saturday Sunday off work)

1.25 hour up to 1.5 hours per night each location TOTAL 4 hours per night PLUS : Gas Allowance, Travel Time, Phone and Laundry Allowance, 401K Retirement Option Driving to jobs in the Rockville and Silver Spring MD Area. $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Job Duties

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Work effectively with other team members. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Qualifications

Compensation : $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
