Sr. Manager Materials and Manufacturing Planning

Job Title

Responsibilities :

• Develop a consistent capacity & material planning for factories to match demand.
• Facilitate feedback to SI&OP during executive meetings.
• Work closely with business partners to meet or exceed customer needs.
• Drive the escalation process in case of critical issues linked to availability or cash flow.
• Optimize standard system setup to improve results.
• Ensure continuous improvement activities and identify possible synergies.
• Support talent management process.
• Ensure development, training, and coaching for the team.
• Provide leadership and mentorship.
• Ensure communication of vision and strategy.

Qualifications :

Required / Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations and Materials.

BS degree, Engineering or Business Management.

MBA degree desired.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Well-developed interpersonal skills.

Computer and software applications skills required.

Proactive and high-energy style.

English fluent level written and spoken.
