Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : 12 Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM)

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1950 - $2090

Qualifications – Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

Current certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Flu vaccine or declination accepted (mask required if declining)

COVID vaccine not required

Former staff must be away from North Star Health Alliance for at least 6 months

ER RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Room

Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical protocols

Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions as ordered

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Monitor, document, and report patient status and progress

Respond rapidly to emergency situations and deliver critical care

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
