Job Overview :
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager with deep experience in commercial construction, ideally with a background in specialty contracting or subcontractor project execution. You’ll oversee multiple active projects, manage junior project staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
This is a key leadership role offering both autonomy and advancement in a growing, well-funded company.
Responsibilities :
Lead large-scale or complex commercial construction projects from pre-con to closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, materials, and field personnel
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Supervise and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and coordinators
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, and compliance
Collaborate with company leadership on process improvements and team development
Participate in strategic planning and business development efforts as needed
Ideal Background :
7–15+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven track record leading multi-million dollar projects
Experience with subcontractor / trade contractor execution preferred
Skilled in construction management software, job costing, and project documentation
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship capabilities
Ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining high standards and accountability
