As a Lead Structural Designer you will oversee and guide a diverse team of designers and drafters in creating structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings for substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.Key responsibilities include leading design reviews, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with other disciplines, managing project timelines, and staying updated on relevant technologies to ensure the structural integrity and successful delivery of projects.Effective communication supported by a philosophy of continuous improvement and teamwork is required.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
