Job Function :

Conduct intake assessments and screenings for new patients.

Perform diagnostic evaluations for psychiatric and neurological conditions.

Provide medication management and ensure ongoing continuity of care.

Participate in in-service training and community outreach initiatives focused on early psychiatric detection.

Maintain a caseload of approximately 18 patients per day.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Psychiatrists and PMHNPs.

Job Requirements :

Must be a certified PMHNP.

1 year of clinical experience is preferred.

Active NY State Nurse Practitioner license required.
