- OTC and Warranty.
- VMS (Entire vehicle Life Cycle).
- All OTC processes for vehicle and service (SO, Billing, Invoicing, Delivery).
- Returns and Refund - credit postings.
- Integration with Transportation management.
- Pricing.
- Trade compliance.
- Quarter end reporting.
- Finance processes related to OTC.
- Service Contracts.
- Credit Management.
- Business Partner Management and Integration.
- Return and refund.
- Service parts sales order and fulfillment.
- Integration with Digital Commerce.
- Service Claim management and integration with SOS.
- Service orders and invoice management.
- Warranty Module - all activities related to Service orders/ claims.
- Supplier chargeback for warranty.
- Subscriptions contract and Management.
