A company is looking for a Senior Client Success Manager / Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Own the client relationship, serving as the primary point of contact throughout project lifecycles
Manage 8-12 concurrent technical engagements, ensuring accountability and tracking progress
Run effective meetings with clear agendas and outcomes, while maintaining scope and commitment discipline
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a technical project management or client delivery role in software services or consulting
Working knowledge of Salesforce and / or MuleSoft
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent technical engagements
Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based delivery methodologies
Genuine bias for action and ability to make quick decisions
