$79,547 - $90,777 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus 4% shift premium for 2nd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic Maintenance & Engineering team. In this critical leadership role, you will provide hands-on supervision, technical expertise, and strategic direction to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of bulk ingredient systems and associated processes. You will champion safety, quality, equipment reliability, productivity, and employee engagement while serving as a key liaison between internal departments and external vendors or contractors.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for bulk unloading, liquid bulk, dry bulk, HVAC, and refrigeration systems, as well as related processes such as granola and crispy production, coating mixing, crumb grinding, and dry mix operations.
- Establish and maintain labor and operational budgets.
- Participating member in the Food Safety Sanitation Audit program
- Evaluation of equipment and employee performance.
- Participate in training on-site and off-site. Occasional travel may be required.
- Work with the Planning Department in planning and scheduling work for the department.
- Research or help troubleshoot equipment problems, development of preventive maintenance program and providing the necessary training for technical employees.
- Establish and promote team performance goals that support the company strategic plans, company and departmental operational plans.
- Lead the change from a reactive to proactive maintenance environment.
- Measure reliability and maintenance performance.
- Work with RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) process to identify root cause and implement formal failure incident investigations when appropriate as well as routine low order analysis such as cause / effect, 5 whys and major plant issue resolution (FMEA, etc.) to apply corrective actions and prevent recurrences.
- Work with maintenance team to develop, implement and sustain reliability best practices to reduce unscheduled maintenance and downtime and costs.
- Continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOP's) for maintenance, including procedures for equipment documentation.
Required Qualifications
