Claims Customer Service Advocate II Part-Time
We are currently hiring for a Claims Customer Service Advocate II Part-Time to join BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. In this role as a Claims Customer Service Advocate II, you will be responsible for responding to routine correspondence and telephone inquiries pertaining to claims or appeals. Identifies incorrectly processed claims and completes adjustments and related reprocessing actions.

Location : This position is part-time Monday-Friday from 2 : 00pm to 6 : 00pm in a typical office environment. This role is located on-site at 200 N Dozier Blvd., Florence, SC 29501.
