Job descriptionPlan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Passion for nurturing and educating young children. Background check clearance required.
