Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of diesel engine repair experience (Required) 3+ years of general mechanical experience (Required) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mobile service work Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varied environments Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills (English required) Basic computer skills for work order and diagnostic software Own your own tools (required) Factory-trained certifications preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background and MVR check Competitive hourly pay : $21.00 – $42.00 / hr Additional earning opportunities through our hybrid pay system Potential to add up to $24.00 per hour through performance-based pay scale 401(k) with company match Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Paid Holidays & Vacation Paid ASE Certification Assistance Paid On-the-Job and Classroom Training Boot Purchase Program & Company Events Flexible Scheduling and Time Off Opportunity for growth in a stable, expanding company Fully equipped service truck for mobile repairs Strong background in diesel repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics Ability to perform independent field / road service work Comfortable managing full repair process : locating parts, writing estimates, completing repairs Experience working independently with minimal supervision Customer service skills—confident in interacting with fleet clients on-site Motivated, self-sufficient work ethic and problem-solving ability Hard-working attitude and willingness to grow within the company Prior road service / field work experience preferred (but not required) Must be reliable and flexible with schedule (Thursday–Sunday, 6 AM–4 PM) Valid driver’s license (implied requirement for operating service truck)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to roadside calls and performing mobile repair services for heavy trucks and trailers
- Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, A / C systems, brake systems, electrical systems, emissions, and air systems in the field
- Performing mobile PM services and safety inspections as required
- Accurately completing work orders, service reports, and customer documentation
- Using company-provided specialty tools, diagnostic programs, and service truck equipment
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism with every customer interaction
